More Weight = More Food
If you want to lose fat, then you must eat less than you need to maintain your current weight. If you want to put on muscle, then you must eat more.
If there was one simple piece of advice I could give to people who want to get in shape, it is this: choose a really specific goal and go for it. Just try adding five pounds of muscle, or subtracting five pounds of fat. Then measure yourself, and don't worry about doing only one thing at a time. Your body works best when you do only one thing at a time. So focus, take just a single step forward, and actually make progress. 6) Products
