Can you provide more information on the Farmers Walk exercise?

Sure! I really like that exercise; it's simple and really blasts your forearms.
To do it, simply pick up the heaviest pair of dumbbells that you can and walk with them as far as possible. That's it.
Carry them 'till your grip breaks.
This is a very intense forearm exercise.
You can make it more difficult by increasing the weight, or finding dumbbells with larger diameter handles. If they're your own dumbbells, you can wrap the handles with duct tape (one or two strips at a time) to slowly increase the handle diameter yourself.
As an added bonus, tighten your shoulders back, up, and together when carrying them; this will really work your upper back and shoulders.
Be sure to keep good posture when doing this - if you hunch or twist, it's easy to hurt yourself. Also, be sure not to drop the dumbbells on your feet when putting them down.
