GoFit 25 LB Premium Kettle Bell & DVD - Overall, A Great Piece of Home Workout Equipment

I recently decided that I needed to change up my workout routine. I had seen the trainers on “The Biggest Loser” using kettlebells and I thought that they seemed like something fun to try.

I looked online for awhile and then decided to purchase a kettlebell weight at Dunham’s. Although they had some nice-looking ones made by Gill Athletics, those seemed way too pricey for me ($84.99-$184.99).

Instead, I opted for the GoFit 25 LB Premium Kettle Bell with Introductory Training DVD. It cost $59.99, which I thought was a much more reasonable price for something that I was trying for the first time and might not even like.

When I got the kettlebell home and took it out of the packaging, the first thing I noticed was that the handle seemed coated, which made it less likely to slip. I decided to try the DVD so I could learn a little bit about how kettlebells work.

I thought that Sarah Lurie, who hosts the DVD, had a friendly demeanor. I didn’t feel as though they really gave enough safety information, however, and as an aerobics instructor, I worry that people who try the DVD at home run the risk of injury. I also thought that some of the moves seemed advanced, but I guess you can build up to that.

One thing I really liked is how little time you have to spend with the kettlebell to get amazing results. 15 Minutes goes by really fast and you are completely exhausted afterward. All in all, I would say that for the price, this is a great piece of home workout equipment.

"About 2 weeks ago I read all the ab strengthening stuff on your site because I decided I wanted to be strong, instead of having a lot of belly fat. So I started eating healthier, running, exercising, you name it - everything your site said to do to help. Now I am noticing a real difference! Thank you for making this. :D xD"

[This calorie calculator is] the most useful tool on the web that I can find… Also, I compared the calories calculated by your calculator to the calories calculated by the treadmill at my gym, and they're within a couple calories of each other, so yours is as accurate as we're going to get. REALLY AWESOME TOOL. I love it and depend on it. Thank you sooooo much for making this available."

Thank you very much, I was too lean before 2 years (55 Kgs), after the gym now I'm 72kgs, all the muscles have developed... when someone hand shakes with me it can be squeezed easily, they're making fun of me!
