How the TRX Suspension Trainer Has Helped Me to Get Fit

I've been using the TRX Suspension Trainer for about 6 months now, and I've got to say, this is one of the best investments I've ever made. I had it recommended to me by a friend of mine, who coincidentally works as a personal trainer at the local fitness center downtown, and although I was a little skeptical about how much it could really help my workouts at first, I pulled the trigger and bought the training pro pack on his recommendation. After all, he had never steered me wrong before, at least when it came to fitness.


All benefits aside first, the main thing I love about it is how little space it takes up. I have it set up in my basement attached to a ceiling beam, and it's hardly even noticeable, nor does it get in the way of anything at all if I'm doing another part of my workout.

Beyond that, it has absolutely helped me get into better shape. I love the resistance it gives me, and the awesome strain (in a good way) it puts on my body. It really makes me feel like I'm pushing my muscles to their limits, and that's what I was hoping for.

I like to do a workout every other day, or sometimes every third day, consisting of the suspension training and free weight lifting. Let me tell you, at the end of that workout, I am worn out. I can barely move, and that's the best result possible.

Perhaps the most beneficial part of the whole package though is the DVD that came with my pro package. It really opened my eyes to plethora of different routines and exercises available with the setup, and I've been switching in and out of different ones regularly. It's like having everything you need in a home gym in one small little package, with your own personal trainer to boot. What more can you really ask for?

Thank you very much, I was too lean before 2 years (55 Kgs), after the gym now I'm 72kgs, all the muscles have developed... when someone hand shakes with me it can be squeezed easily, they're making fun of me!
