Jogging
by TJ
(Washington)
I, like many people, find myself attracted to cardio & irony - as is the case with my preference for jogging. I never go without my albuterol at my side, but unlike the beginning I no longer need it.
The dice have been rolled in a way, but my defects are not genetic. Asthma has given me a life long handicap. The ground I have gained since Hospitalization at the age of 5 is immense, and in large part I am grateful for medical advances.
Of course, the benefits of jogging are pretty strait-forward to a species built for long distance travel. Cardio has given me the stamina to do things I couldn't before, and pushed my conditions to the fringe.
