Jumping Jacks

Why? They are explosive (plyometric exercise), and the best around. They really are a serious workout.
Try 3 min first then 5 min........ 7 min...... you get the point. People underestimate the jumping jack, really it is a great workout in it self. Do it and believe it!
Especially after doing so, your heart will be racing as if the jumping jacks pump adrenaline right in your chest and veins. A serious sweat!
