Kettlebells - A Great Piece of Workout Equipment

I have been using kettlebells for the last 8 months and I fell in love with the workouts. There are limitless workouts to do with kettlebells and these workouts will work all of your muscles. Using kettlebells I not only gained strength but also stamina.

I started using kettle bells to gain strength for wrestling and I not only got stronger using the kettlebells but I also gained much needed endurance and stronger forearm grip too.

The workouts I use with the kettle bells is a workout video series called Kettleworx and they guide you through weeks of workouts and the workouts are only about 25 minutes each. These workouts, if taken seriously, are excellent for gaining strength and also for gaining endurance. They are also a great way to help lose some unwanted weight.

These workouts can be used to work every muscle and most of the time with a single exercise every muscle is worked. These workouts can also focus on a muscle group too; even though you will not need a really heavy amount of weight to start with you will feel the results of these workouts.

The best thing about these workouts though is that you don’t have to spend more than an hour to get a great workout. Also there is so much variety of exercises to do with a kettlebell that you never feel bored and feel like it is the same thing every time. You have more than enough exercises that you will not keep repetitively be doing the same exercise every time and you will be interested in the variety of workouts that still all work every muscle in your body.

There is one thing that I don’t like about kettlebell workouts though. If you do a lot of workouts the ball of the kettlebell will start to hit your wrist a lot and after so many times it really starts to hurt your wrist. This only occurs in certain exercises though so normally this is not a problem.

"About 2 weeks ago I read all the ab strengthening stuff on your site because I decided I wanted to be strong, instead of having a lot of belly fat. So I started eating healthier, running, exercising, you name it - everything your site said to do to help. Now I am noticing a real difference! Thank you for making this. :D xD"

[This calorie calculator is] the most useful tool on the web that I can find… Also, I compared the calories calculated by your calculator to the calories calculated by the treadmill at my gym, and they're within a couple calories of each other, so yours is as accurate as we're going to get. REALLY AWESOME TOOL. I love it and depend on it. Thank you sooooo much for making this available."

Thank you very much, I was too lean before 2 years (55 Kgs), after the gym now I'm 72kgs, all the muscles have developed... when someone hand shakes with me it can be squeezed easily, they're making fun of me!
