My Exercise Routine

I am a person who has always liked to take care of my health. I usually got up at 4’0 clock in the morning and I went for a morning walk as most of my friends told me that morning walks help to prevent our body from high blood sugar as well as cholesterol, blood pressure, etc. As my heredity shows a path of diabetes I was so tensed about whether I would have it or not.
So I went for a morning walk and I walked near the seashore for about one hour. After that I did some office work etc. Then I went to wash all of my clothes not with the help of watching machine. I am an IT professional and my office 2 km away from home. In my office I was always working in front of my system, so I did not get much exercise inside my office. I never use any transportation facilities to go to my office.
I arrived more than half an hour early from my home and walked to my home. I am a person who always enjoyed the beauty of nature, so during my walking towards my office, I can able to watch many groups of birds which are very beautiful to my eyes. They flew like waves appear in the sea of sky.
In the evening I also went to my home by walking. I like walking because it’s the most helpful exercise which may help to reduce our body fat. Besides it will help me to increase my metabolic rate more than any other exercise. Even though I am tired in the evening I just keep walking only. This walking helps me to keep my body physically fit.
