OK.
Here's what to do.
I've outlined the advantages and challenges facing teens who want their own six pack. What you've got on your side, and what you need to work on.
If you want a complete and structured six pack plan, though, check out myHow to Get Abs e-book. It contains exact, step-by-step instructions for how to get ripped, with precise exercise and diet info.
All this is devoted to getting your body-fat percentage down to 6-8% if you're a guy, or around 16-19% if you're a girl.[1] Once you have that low body-fat percentage your abs will start popping out & you'll get that chiseled look.
Then, get the workout and diet plan you need to get strong - to make your muscles even bigger.
During your teenage years hormones are at high levels. In guys, the amount of testosterone is quite high. It super-charges your workouts, allowing you to recover faster
If you start working out, to become a six pack teen or just to get stronger, this is a huge advantage. Testosterone levels drop off steadily as you age, so start working out and take advantage of this now!
Teenage guys and ladies have naturally fast metabolisms. With correct dieting plans, you can make it even faster and be burning calories just sitting around.
This is another benefit that drops off with age. When you get into your 20's and 30's it will be harder to burn this much fat just watching movies on the couch.
Even beyond the high levels of hormones, esp. testosterone, teen bodies are geared for growth. Getting the muscles to become a six pack teen still isn't easy, but it's easier than later life.
Plus, if you can look much more ripped with less effort, why wait?
You must stick to a REGULAR workout routine! I cannot stress this enough - sticking to an effective, regular routine at the gym is an essential part of getting your six pack stomach.
Do bigger lifts (bench press, squat, clean & press, etc.) to fatigue your whole body, build muscle, and increase your resting metabolism. Your body won't put on fat if it has to use your energy to build up muscle instead.
For your abs, get some good six pack exercises from this site to add to your gym workouts, and spend 10-15 minutes on it.[2] Max. Great ripped abs come from a combination of large strong abs, a fast metabolism, and a low body-fat percentage.
Most teens don't have the knowledge they need. Good form in exercises, good technique, what a good workout plan is, etc. What to do about this? Learn!
Read good books, get info from reputable websites, and workout to test the ideas you find. The info on this website for getting a six pack is a great place to start.
Start working out the right way at the beginning, so you get the most from your sweat. Learn all you can, since correct training is WAY better than mediocre training.
Eating well, and frequently, is tough. But necessary. Eating often, 5-6 small meals a day of good, healthy food, is what you want to do.
For the foods, make about half of your calories carbs, 30% lean protein, and 20% good fats (nuts, vegetable oils, etc.).[3] This will make your food work for you, not against you.
Eating healthy foods, and the right amounts of them, will make you more ripped than if you don't. That's the long and the short of it.
Weekend parties? All-nighters for tests? Studying for the SATs, playing sports, studying, and/or just having fun can really bust up your sleep schedule. Which in turn interferes with your release of growth hormones when you're asleep, and how well your body can recover.
You don't have to become a monk though. Just make a real effort to get at-least 8 hours of sleep a night, and try to have the chunk of sleep at the same time. That's best for helping your body recover.
Simply put, in getting a six pack stomach or abs you need to be dedicated to what you're doing. Making progress is easy; sticking with your exercises and diet isn't. It takes uncommon dedication to get a ripped six pack like a bodybuilder or model's.
That's why being a six pack teen is so cool; there aren't that many of them!
But I said uncommon, not impossible. Do you have the time and effort for this? Do you really want to become a six pack teen?
Start with an excellent workout and diet plan, like the one in my How to Get Abs e-book. If you have the fire then read the e-book for info on workouts, exercises, and diet plans to make your abs into a six pack.

"About 2 weeks ago I read all the ab strengthening stuff on your site because I decided I wanted to be strong, instead of having a lot of belly fat. So I started eating healthier, running, exercising, you name it - everything your site said to do to help. Now I am noticing a real difference! Thank you for making this. :D xD" ~ Julia |
[This calorie calculator is] the most useful tool on the web that I can find… Also, I compared the calories calculated by your calculator to the calories calculated by the treadmill at my gym, and they're within a couple calories of each other, so yours is as accurate as we're going to get. REALLY AWESOME TOOL. I love it and depend on it. Thank you sooooo much for making this available." ~ Galit Sharon Marcus |
Thank you very much, I was too lean before 2 years (55 Kgs), after the gym now I'm 72kgs, all the muscles have developed... when someone hand shakes with me it can be squeezed easily, they're making fun of me! ~ Tamil Arasan |
